PINJARRA MARKET SNAPSHOT – DECEMBER 2025

Pinjarra ended 2025 with strong annual growth and very limited stock. While December sales volumes were low, yearly figures point to a market that has performed well.


SALES
The median house price rose to $630,000, increasing 0.8% over the month and 18.9% over 12 months. Five house sales were recorded in December, reflecting a quieter end to the year despite sales being up 150.0% year on year.


LISTINGS
Five houses were listed for sale during the month, down 28.6% month on month and 37.5% lower than the same time last year, keeping buyer choice limited.


LAND
No median land price was recorded in December due to low sales activity. Listings increased to two lots,
reflecting renewed land availability compared to earlier periods.


SALES TIME ON MARKET
Houses sold quickly, with a median of just two days to sell, highlighting strong buyer urgency when homes come to market.


RENTALS
The median weekly rent held at $520 per week. While rents eased 1.9% over 12 months, leasing activity
doubled year on year, with four properties leased during December.

Rental properties leased in a median of 19 days, remaining competitive despite seasonal conditions.
