Meadow Springs closed out the year with stable pricing and extremely limited stock.


SALES
The median house price held at $735,000, unchanged over the month and up 7.3% over 12 months. Nine
house sales were recorded in December, reflecting a seasonal slowdown.


LISTINGS
Six houses were listed for sale during the month. While unchanged month on month, listings are down
82.4% compared to the same time last year, keeping buyer choice highly constrained.


LAND
Vacant land recorded a median price of $355,000. While prices eased 10.1% over the month, land values
remain 22.4% higher over 12 months, supported by limited availability.


SALES TIME ON MARKET
Houses sold quickly, with a median of five days to sell, highlighting strong buyer urgency when properties
are well priced.


RENTALS
The median weekly rent held at $650 per week, up 8.3% over 12 months. Twelve properties were leased
during December, representing a strong lift in leasing activity.


RENTALS TIME ON MARKET
Rental properties leased in a median of 22 days, reflecting steady tenant demand despite seasonal
conditions.
