HOUSE PRICES RISING
The median house price increased 23.1% to $726,000 over the past year, reflecting strong buyer demand and rising values in Meadow Springs.
SALES
There were 258 residential sales recorded to May 2025, down 13% from the previous year. Houses made up the majority of sales, while land and unit transactions fell noticeably.
LISTINGS
At the end of May 2025, 18 properties were listed for sale—a 200% increase from last year. Despite this rise, overall stock remains limited, with houses making up most listings.
LAND
Median land prices jumped sharply to $355,000 from $204,000 the previous year, though land sales have declined along with unit sales.
RENTALS
There were 178 leases settled during the year, slightly down 1%. Median rent rose 3.2% to $640 per week. Rental listings increased by 6%, and properties leased faster with a median of 21 days. Over half of leases were for $600 or more per week.
