There were 7 residential sales recorded during the month, down 22.2% from October and 41.7% lower than the same time last year. The median dwelling price rose slightly to $730,000, showing 0.3% monthly growth and 17.3% annual growth.
LISTINGS
There were 11 properties listed for sale at the end of November, up 10% from October. Despite this rise,
listings were still 26.7% lower than a year ago, reflecting a tight market for buyers.
LAND
No land sales were recorded during the month. The most recent median land price was $490,000, which
had risen 38% over the past 12 months. No land was listed for sale in November.
SALES TIME ON MARKET
Properties sold in a median of 10 days, unchanged from October. Houses sold in 24 days, units in 13 days, and land in 13 days previously, but no land activity was recorded this month.
RENTALS
There were 9 leases signed during November, up 12.5% from October. The median rent rose slightly to $602 per week, marking 0.4% monthly growth and 3.9% annually. Houses rented at $620 per week and units at $500.

There were only 3 rental properties listed at the end of the month, down 50% from
