Wannanup continues to be one of Mandurah’s most desirable coastal and canal suburbs. Known for its
waterfront homes, boating lifestyle and proximity to the Dawesville Cut, the suburb remains highly sought
after by owner-occupiers and investors alike.

SALES
There were 17 total sales recorded, with the median dwelling price sitting at $917,000, reflecting 14.3% annual growth. Demand remains particularly strong for canal-front and lifestyle properties.

LISTINGS
At the end of February there were 16 properties listed for sale, a 30.4% decrease compared with the same
period last year, keeping supply tight in the suburb.

LAND
Five land transactions occurred during the period with a median land price of $425,000. Vacant land
remains limited and highly desirable among buyers wanting to build near the water.

SALES TIME ON MARKET
Properties sold relatively quickly with a median selling time of 25 days, reflecting strong buyer demand for lifestyle properties.

RENTALS
The rental market remains competitive with 11 properties leased, and the median weekly rent sitting at $680.
