TESTIMONIALS

This is the second time we’ve worked with Martha. Martha is professional, helpful, honest, down to earth, and exceptionally good at what she does. With her amazing local market knowledge and experience, Martha was able to secure a speedy sale that exceeded the asking price, and was hassle free. We’d 100% recommend Martha to anyone wanting to buy or sell.

Martha, was a treasure, even though we were the buyers, she assisted us with a very difficult settlement. Martha alway kept us up to date with what was happening, always returned my calls, helped where she could and still assisting even after settlement. We also received a box of goodies which was a lovely surprise

Martha kept me “in the loop” with everything that was happening with the sale and as an intermediate between my buyers and myself after the property was settled, very satisfied on this occasion and also nearly five years ago when I bought the property that I just sold.

Martha has gone above and beyond for us with the sale of this property. She has been proactive at consulting us about possible buyers and other aspects of the sale. Having such a dedicated and competent agent taking our side has saved us many headaches. Martha got us the best possible price at a very reasonable cost.

The recent purchase of my new home went smoothly due to the wonderful assistance of Martha. She communicated swiftly and in detail with every at every stage of process. She’s very diligent, professional and above all was eager to assist me in any way she could throughout the whole process.
