What a Gentleman!
We were recommended to sell our apartment through Darren Krishnan of Kevin Greens real estate.
We cannot recommend him highly enough, efficient, thorough and meticulous.
Nothing was too much trouble for him, even down to, replacing light globes and florescent lights, at very short notice.
He had a buyer within the first week, whereas previously our apartments took over a year to sell.

The Property did take eight months to sell. Cheree thought it would sell for a higher price than another Agent had given me. But it did not. Once it came down in price it did attract more buyers. The house was empty and just under an hour from where I lived and in that situation eight months is too long. I might add that both Agents had to travel that didtance as well.
