What a Gentleman!
We were recommended to sell our apartment through Darren Krishnan of Kevin Greens real estate.
We cannot recommend him highly enough, efficient, thorough and meticulous.
Nothing was too much trouble for him, even down to, replacing light globes and florescent lights, at very short notice.

The Property did take eight months to sell. Cheree thought it would sell for a higher price than another Agent had given me. But it did not. Once it came down in price it did attract more buyers. The house was empty and just under an hour from where I lived and in that situation eight months is too long. I might add that both Agents had to travel that didtance as well.

Cheree’s local knowledge and her real estate experience were exceptional and her client relations were sensational. Cherie went above and beyond to assist us buying from interstate and to meet us at the property on a Sunday afternoon when we arrived after driving over from Melbourne. Cherie also assisted with installation of furniture before we arrived so we had a bed to sleep in once we got here. We are so impressed with her service and grateful for her assistance.
