Samantha Morritt is the Office Manager at Kevin Green Real Estate, bringing more than three decades of experience across real estate, marketing, technology, and digital strategy.

Samantha began her real estate career at just 18, progressing from receptionist to property manager within nine years. Her drive for growth later led her into university studies in Business and then into a successful career in web design and digital development.

Over 15 years, Samantha gained extensive expertise in web design, coding, animation, digital marketing, and project management. She went on to establish and sell her own business before returning to real estate with a strengthened skill set.

Since returning, Samantha has worked across property management and business development and is currently completing her Sales Registration to expand her professional versatility.

In her role at Kevin Gree Real Estate, Samantha manages the day-to-day operations of the agency while also leading technology systems, marketing direction, and digital initiatives. She designs brand-aligned campaigns, implements efficient processes, and develops data-driven strategies that support growth across both sales and property management.

Known for her practical, solutions-focused approach, Samantha continually explores new tools and techniques that enhance client experience and streamline internal operations. She is a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary professional who contributes significantly to the strength and evolution of Kevin Green Real Estate.
