With 16 years of experience as a hairstylist, including owning and running her own salon, Justine brings a unique combination of people skills, business experience and genuine care to her role in real estate.

Her career has always been centred around people. Working closely with clients for many years taught Justine the importance of listening, building trust, understanding individual needs and creating an experience where people feel valued. As a salon owner, she also developed strong business, organisational and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate the day-to-day challenges of running a business.

Justine has furthered her understanding of people through a Diploma in Community Services and a Bachelor of Psychology. These qualifications have given her valuable insight into communication, relationships and the different needs and motivations of people — skills she now brings into every client and tenant interaction.

Before entering the real estate industry, Justine made the decision to combine her experience and passion for working with people with a career in property. She has since undertaken professional training in property management and developed a strong understanding of what it takes to successfully manage an investment property while providing exceptional service to owners and tenants.

Justine believes great property management is about much more than collecting rent and organising maintenance. It is about communication, attention to detail, problem-solving and building relationships people can rely on. Her background allows her to approach every situation with empathy while still being professional, proactive and focused on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.

Outside of work, Justine loves nothing more than spending time with her family and enjoying a day at the beach — although she could definitely do without the inevitable entire beach that seems to make its way home!
