The San Remo property market remained tightly held during September, recording a median dwelling price of $1.15 million. Three sales were recorded and only nine properties were listed for sale.
The median selling period was 28 days, while residential land recorded a median price of $970,000.
There was insufficient September data to establish a meaningful median rent or leasing period for the San Remo rental market.
What This Means
Buyers searching for San Remo real estate continue to face limited stock. Sellers have relatively little competing inventory, although low transaction volumes mean individual sales can have a large influence on monthly market statistics.
