MANDURAH PROPERTY MARKET UPDATE – AUGUST 2026

The Mandurah property market recorded a median dwelling price of $675,000 during August 2026, up 22.7% compared with 12 months earlier.

Twenty-five sales were recorded, while 99 properties were listed for sale in Mandurah. The median selling period was 24 days. Residential land recorded a median price of $310,000.

The Mandurah rental market recorded a median rent of $550 per week, with 31 properties leased and a median leasing period of 24 days.

What This Means

Sellers are operating in a market with considerably more available stock, making pricing and marketing important. Buyers searching Mandurah real estate for sale have greater choice, while investors continue to have substantial rental-market activity to assess.
