strong buyer demand.

There were 30 total property sales, with the median dwelling price reaching $828,000, representing 10.5%
annual growth.


LISTINGS
A total of 36 properties were listed for sale, which is lower compared to previous years.


LAND
Two land sales were recorded with a median land price of $600,000.


SALES TIME ON MARKET
Homes sold quickly with a median time to sell of 12 days.


RENTALS
The rental market remains active with 25 properties leased and a median weekly rent of $620.
