Listings increased to 14 properties for sale by the end of July, a rise of 27.3% from the previous month and 55.6% higher than this time last year.
LAND
Only one land sale was recorded for the month, with a median price of $500,000. There were three blocks listed for sale, indicating low but present interest in vacant land.
SALES TIME ON MARKET
Homes sold quickly, with a median of just 13 days on market. This is six days faster than a year ago and among the shortest sale times in the area.
RENTALS
The rental market stayed active, with 14 leases signed in July. The median weekly rent held firm at $560, reflecting a 3.7% annual increase.

There were 16 properties listed for rent at the end of July. Properties leased in a median of 28 days — slightly slower than earlier this year but still reasonable.
