The median house price held at $610,000, unchanged over the month and up 3.4% over 12 months. Fifteen house sales were recorded in December, reflecting a 6.3% monthly decline and a quieter end to the year.
LISTINGS
Six houses were listed for sale during the month, down 50.0% month on month and 81.3% lower than the
same time last year, keeping buyer choice limited.
LAND
Vacant land recorded a median price of $225,000. While unchanged over the month, land values are up
24.7% over 12 months, supported by very limited availability.
SALES TIME ON MARKET
Houses sold quickly, with a median of 11 days to sell, reinforcing strong buyer urgency when properties are well priced.
RENTALS
The median weekly rent held at $580 per week, up 3.6% over 12 months. Eleven properties were leased
during December, a 22.2% increase month on month.
