leasing activity continued at a consistent pace.

Sales
There were 8 residential sales recorded during the month, down 50 percent from September. The overall
median dwelling price rose to $725,000, reflecting 1.6 percent monthly growth and 17.5 percent annual
growth.

Listings
There were 10 properties listed for sale at the end of October, up 11.1 percent from the previous month. While new listings rose slightly, total stock remained 33.3 percent lower than this time last year.

Land
Only one land sale was recorded during October, with a median price of $422,000. This marked a 13.8
percent drop for the month, though prices were still 15 percent higher than last year. No land listings were available at the end of the month, suggesting very tight supply.

Sales Time on Market
Homes sold in a median of 10 days, down from 23 in September. Houses sold in 23 days, units in 13, and land in 13, showing quicker movement across all property types compared to recent months.

Rentals
There were 8 leases signed across houses and units, a 27.3 percent decline from September. The overall
median rent rose slightly to $610 per week, up 3.4 percent year on year.

Rental Time on Market
There were 6 rental properties listed at the end of October. Homes leased in a median of 21 days, two days quicker than the previous month, with units taking 20 days and houses leasing in 22.
