Listings continued to tighten, with just 20 properties advertised for sale at the end of July. That’s down 31% from the previous month and 13% lower than July 2024.
LAND
Only 2 land sales were recorded for the month, with the median land price sitting at $275,000. Stock levels for land held at 15 listings, suggesting limited availability.
SALES TIME ON MARKET
Homes took a median of 51 days to sell in July — unchanged from the month prior but 7 days quicker than a year ago. Land sold faster at a median of 25 days.
RENTALS
The rental market remained busy, with 17 leases signed in July. This was down from June but still significantly higher than the same time last year.
