SAN REMO PROPERTY MARKET UPDATE – AUGUST 2026

The San Remo property market remained tightly held during August. The median dwelling price was $1.15 million, with just one sale recorded and seven properties listed for sale.

The median selling period was 20 days. Residential land recorded a median price of $970,000, with two listings available.

There was insufficient current data to establish a meaningful median rent or leasing period for the San Remo rental market.

What This Means

Buyers searching for San Remo real estate continue to face limited stock. For sellers, low supply may reduce direct competition, although individual property characteristics play a major role in results. Investors should use longer-term rental evidence rather than relying on August alone.
