Sales
There were 16 residential sales recorded during the month, a slight decline from September but still 33.3
percent higher than three months ago. The median dwelling price held firm at $730,000, showing 10.6
percent growth over the past year.
Listings
There were 9 properties listed for sale at the end of October, up 28.6 percent from September but still 55
percent lower than this time last year. Listings remain tight, contributing to quicker sales times and price
stability.
Land
Land sales were recorded with a median price of $395,000, representing a strong 6.8 percent monthly
increase and a massive 87.2 percent rise over the year. Land sold in a median of 8 days, reflecting high
demand and limited availability.
Sales Time on Market
Homes sold in a median of 9 days, down from 13 the previous month. This includes an overall median of 8 days across all dwelling types. Units also moved faster, and land settled in 8 days as well.
Rentals
There were 14 residential leases signed during the month, more than double the number recorded in
September. The median rent rose to $650 per week, marking a 6.6 percent annual increase and 1.6 percent growth for the month.
Rental Time on Market
There were 8 rental properties listed at the end of October, down from 11 in September. Homes leased in a median of 22 days, two days faster than the previous month, showing continued strong tenant interest
